Please read them carefully before using our Site. By accessing or using the Site, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use this Site.
Intellectual Property
The Site contains copyrighted material, information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, and other material (collectively “Content”) that are protected intellectual property owned by Project Source® and/or its licensors and suppliers. This Content includes but is not limited to:
- Product designs, descriptions, images, reviews
- Logos, slogans, trademarks
- Decoration of our retail or online stores
- Content created and posted by Project Source®
All Content on the Site is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Project Source® reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms or by prior written agreement. The Content may only be used for your noncommercial, lawful personal use. Any other use requires advance written permission from Project Source®.
Site Access and Use
The Site and its Content are intended solely for users who are age 18 or older. You may not access or use the Site or accept these Terms if you are not at least 18 years old. Use of the Site constitutes your representation that you meet all eligibility requirements for use.
You may access and view the Content and temporarily download one copy of the materials to a single device for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Project Source® reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, merchants, or advertisers found through the Site. Project Source® is not liable for any damage or harm resulting from those interactions.
Purchases and Payments
The Site allows you to purchase various products and services online. If you elect to make a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
- Product details – While we try to accurately reflect product details including pricing, images, information, and availability, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies. Always check current product details before making a purchase.
- Order processing – When you place an order, we will send an order confirmation via email. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason at any time prior to shipment.
- Shipping – Shipping fees, shipping speeds, carrier information and shipping restrictions are outlined during checkout based on your order details. You agree to the disclosed shipping terms for your order.
- Payments – All transactions are processed by third party payment processors. You must pay with a valid credit or debit card. By submitting your payment information, you authorize charges to your card in the amount of the total order plus any applicable taxes or other charges stated during checkout.
- Pricing – Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors may occur. Additional restrictions including minimum purchase requirements may apply.

- Gift cards – Gift cards are issued and redeemed at the sole discretion of Project Source®. Gift cards have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Lost or expired cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Project Source® makes no representations or warranties with respect to the Site or its Content, which are provided on an ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis. Project Source® expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, quality of information, title and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability
Project Source® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF PROJECT SOURCE® HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ACCESS AND USE THE SITE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or allow the exclusion on limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, each warranty is limited in duration to the minimum period allowed by law.

Project Source® reserves the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any action subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate fully with us in such case.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Sections discussing intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, jurisdiction and venue will survive any termination.
Trademarks
The trademarks, trade names, trade dress, logos, and service marks (collectively “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are the registered and/or unregistered Trademarks of Project Source®, its licensors, or third parties. Nothing contained on the Site or in these Terms serves to grant to you, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademarks without the express written permission of Project Source® or the third party owner. Misuse of any Trademarks is prohibited.
Copyright Policy
Project Source® respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied or shared in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent the following written information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to make the complaint on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina USA, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded from this Agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be modified to the least degree necessary to render it valid and enforceable in a manner consistent with its original intent. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver and will not limit our right to subsequently enforce that or any other provision.
