As a new homeowner, I've been busy upgrading my house on a budget. For my main bathroom remodel, I chose the Project Source® Champion PRO toilet and Langford widespread faucet in brushed nickel. The toilet was super easy to install following the clear instructions. It has worked flawlessly over the past 6 months with no clogs or leaks even with my family of 4 using it daily. The flushing power is amazing - everything goes down in one flush with no need for double flushing. I also love the comfort height seat and skirted base for easy cleaning underneath. The Langford faucet looks very high-end and sophisticated. The hot and cold knobs have a smooth turning action and the spout swivels so you can move it out of the way if needed. For the price, this faucet both looks and functions as well as ones 2-3x the cost. I'm thrilled with how my Project Source® upgrades came out!
As an interior decorator, I've installed quite a few Project Source® vanities and sinks for clients. They offer great quality and styles comparable to much pricier designer brands. For a recent client's beach cottage master bath, I used the Mineralmarble vanity and oval vessel sink in a beautiful bleached wood finish. As a contractor, I'm very selective about the brands I install and Project Source® is one of my go-tos for kitchen and bath remodeling. For a recent kitchen remodel, I installed their Medfield door style cabinets and matte black faucet. The plywood box construction and soft-close hinges mean these will last for years of heavy use. I could tell they were manufactured to very tight tolerances - every cabinet aligned perfectly with minimal shimming needed during install. The drawers operate smoothly and client feedback has been fantastic. As for the faucet, the brushed matte finish looks very sleek and contemporary. The pull-down sprayer makes quick work of filling pots or rinsing dishes. At over $1000 less than comparable designer options, Project Source® hits a real sweet spot of great quality without the outrageous price tag which keeps my clients happy.
I used the Project Source® Pembrook blinds in my living room bay window and they look beautiful while also providing great light control. The faux wood finish is lovely and so realistic that guests think they are real wood blinds. But unlike real wood, these vinyl blinds don't warp or crack and are super easy to keep clean. I liked that I could customize the exact width and length I needed for each section of my bay window - no more cutting blinds down to size! They go up and down smoothly and tilt easily to adjust light control. I even got a conveniently pre-programmed remote to operate them with. For such an affordable option, these blinds exceeded my expectations by far!
As a techie guy, I was excited to install the Project Source® Levtex LED smart light kit in my living room. The setup was a breeze - each recessed light module linked to my wifi network and connected to the main control hub in minutes. The app lets me change colors, dimness, create lighting schedules and scenes, etc all from my phone which is too cool. I love using the wake up and bedtime themes that gradually transition the lights. Sometimes I'll ask Alexa or Google to turn the lights up or activate a preset theme. The lights sync perfectly with music or movies thanks to the built-in rhythmic modulations. The energy savings are just icing on the cake. I'm already planning to add more of these smart LEDs to my kitchen using the Project Source® kits.
